The piston, which presses the sausage mass through the filling tube, is actuated with the hand crank. The stainless steel piston is equipped with a ventilation valve.
The sausage filler comes with four different sizes of filling tubes (16 mm, 22 mm, 32 mm, 38 mm), a cleaning brush and two replacement sealing rings.
